Large simple family house, divided into two independent parts which communicate through the garage. 1st part (partially redone at the start of 2018): living room 50 mÂČ, independent kitchen, 5 bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate, mezzanine opening onto the living room, covered south-facing terrace overlooking the wooden terrace and the garden. 2nd part: kitchen open to living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room (redone in 2019), 1 WC, wooden terrace overlooking the garden at the back.
Electricity is extra (meter reading: 0.28€/kWh)

Alles is supergoed verlopen. Het huis is goed gelegen, alles is aanwezig en het heeft een zalig terras. Communicatie met eigenaar ging heel vlot. We voelden ons allen ‘thuis’ . Zeker een aanrader!

De beaux volumes au calme

Ambiance dĂ©contractĂ©e dans cette grande villa sur 3 niveaux au calme de l’agitation du Ferret. Le beau marchĂ© de Piraillan est Ă  300 mĂštres Ă  pied. OcĂ©an Ă  10 mn et plages du bassin Ă  5 mn Ă  vĂ©lo. DiffĂ©rents espaces permettent Ă  chacun de trouver sa place pour pouvoir passer un bon moment. C’est une maison de vacances familiales.

Villa spacieuse, chaleureuse, fonctionnelle et trÚs bien placée.

Dans le cadre d'un week-end entre amis, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace dans la villa, les nombreux couchages, ainsi que la cheminée dominant le salon. Seul bémol : le paiement de l'électricité. Mis à part cela, totalement satisfait de la villa que nous recommandons.

Grande maison bien ombragée idéalement située

Une semaine parfaite dans cette maison idéalement située à 300m du bassin pour la vue, à 2,5km de l'océan (plage du truc vert) par piste cyclable, 300m du marché quotidien de piraillan, 1km du petit centre ville piraillan, 1km des plages du bassin. La villa est calme, bien situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© des ostrĂ©iculteurs de Piraillan et du marchĂ©. Nous Ă©tions 14, Ă  aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis Ă  l'Ă©troit ; la conception de la maison, avec plusieurs salons et une belle terrasse, se prĂȘte parfaitement Ă  ce type de programme. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait : gentillesse est ponctualitĂ©. .

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e, propre, spacieuse , bien Ă©quipĂ©Ă© (mais petit souci avec four qui ne chauffe pas bien). La maison est agrĂ©able et chaleureuse. Nous Ă©tions 16 et avons passĂ© d'excellentes fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e. Nous n'avons pas eu de soucis de chauffage (cheminee avec bois Ă  disposition). C'est une trĂšs bonne adresse , bon rapport qualitĂ© - prix Je vous conseille la boulangerie "chez Pascal " leurs pains et patisseries sont excellents !

GĂźte accueillant, bien situĂ©, mais plus adaptĂ© Ă  des sĂ©jours d'Ă©tĂ© qu'Ă  des sĂ©jours d'hiver : Ouverture Ă  simple vitrage et radiateurs vieille gĂ©nĂ©ration (appelĂ©s "grille-pains" dans le jargon construction). Heureusement les tempĂ©ratures ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs clĂ©mentes et le bois Ă©tait Ă  disposition car arbres certainement rĂ©cemment abattus. Le four a posĂ© quelques problĂšmes de chauffe et certaines chaises mĂ©riteraient d'ĂȘtre consolidĂ©es. Par contre le matĂ©riel de cuisine est suffisant et la literie en bon Ă©tat. Dans l'ensemble, nous gardons un souvenir agrĂ©able de notre sĂ©jour.
