Cette villa traditionnelle en bois est un bien d'exception. Nichée dans les 44H, en 2nd ligne avec un accès à la plage du Mimbeau à seulement 5 mètre vous ne pourrez pas rêver mieux !

La villa "Les Planches" pour 10 personnes couleur amande se compose de quatre belles cabanes en bois entourée d'une belle terrasse spacieuse.

Dans la maison principale vous pourrez jouir d'un grand salon très confortable ouvert sur la salle à manger. Une cuisine américaine bien équipée de belle facture accompagné d'un îlot central idéal pour passer un moment convivial. Une suite parentale (lit 160cm) avec sa salle de bain attenante avec baignoire se trouve aussi dans la maison.

La première dépendance, attenante à la maison, quant à elle dispose d'une belle chambre double (lit 160cm) avec sa salle de bain composée d'une douche à l'italienne et de WC.

La belle terrasse amène à une jolie dépendance complétement indépendante. Vous trouverez dans cette nouvelle dépendance deux chambres avec des lits jumeaux (qui peuvent être rapprochés pour en faire des lits en 180) séparées par une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et WC. Cet espace est idéal pour des adolescents ou jeunes adultes.

Enfin une dernière dépendance composée d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain attenante avec douche et WC, deux lits simples de 90cm pouvant se rapprocher pour faire un grand lit de 180cm.

La terrasse est incontestablement un endroit particulièrement adaptée à la détente et au farniente; avec son salon de jardin sur mesure agrémenté de nombreux coussins et autres transats. Le coin plancha ravira les adeptes de grillades et apéro en tous genres. La salle à manger extérieure est abritée par l'avant toit de la maison, vous pourrez ainsi profitez d'un espace ombragé pour prendre vos repas.

L'accès à la plage du Mimbeau est tout proche, vous pourrez vous y rendre en 1min à pied.

Le quartier des 44ha est une zone protégée et très au calme. Malgré tout vous serez très proche du centre du Cap-Ferret et du marché. Les plages Océannes seront elles aussi à proximité.
