En plein centre du Cap-Ferret vous apprécierez la proximité des commerces et des plages, le tout dans un quartier calme.

La villa se trouve sur un terrain de 1200m2 pour une superficie de 200m2. Vous y trouverez au rez de chaussé une grande suite parentale (lit en 180) ainsi qu'une seconde suite (lit en 160) les deux suites disposent de ventilateur au plafond. Au même étage se trouve également la cuisine, le salon avec un poêle à bois et la salle à manger avec une salle d'eau à l'étage. Le tout donnant sur une belle terrasse avec un bassin chauffé de 10m2 entourée d'un jardin paysagé. La protection de la piscine est optimale étant donné que la terrasse recouvre la piscine pour la fermeture de celle-ci.

A l'étage climatisé vous aurez à votre disposition une suite parentale avec salle d'eau privative (lit en 180cm), une chambre double (lit en 160) et une chambre à deux lits jumeaux (2x80cm) ainsi qu'une salle d'eau.

La villa est idéale pour une ou plusieurs familles, l'emplacement est parfait pour des vacances de rêve.

Vous aurez à votre disposition le salon et la salle à manger donnant sur la belle terrasse ensoleillée ainsi que la piscine et un jardin clos paysagé.
