This comfortable, well furnished and beautifully renovated old house is located on an enclosed plot in a very central location, close to the beach, in Cap Ferret. The comfortable living area on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped integrated kitchen, dining area, sofa area, TV and Internet access.
On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed 1.60m and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can be put together as a double bed. Shower room with WC and a separate WC on the ground floor. Garden house (without heating, usable in summer from mid-mai to end september) with double bed, shower and WC, laundry room with washer and dryer and additional fridge. Lovely terrace with dining table and an idyllic pool area with spacious terrace, barbecue. Carport, pool loungers, parasols, outdoor shower. Distance to the ocean 400m, to the bay 600m, to shops and restaurants 300m.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Superbe villa

Villa idéalement placée au Cap Ferret, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et entre amis!
