This private 210 square meter space offers 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and a baby crib to accommodate you during your stay. The villa boasts a fully remodeled kitchen and a cathedral-style living room, topped by a cozy upstairs lounge with a TV. The true highlight of the villa is its outdoor space. A vast terrace invites you to bask in the sun, equipped with everything you need for outdoor comfort during your aperitifs and meals with friends or family (barbecue, large dining table, etc.). A second terrace awaits you upstairs, more discreet and tranquil, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. The Arcachon Bay is just a few minutes' walk away. Prefer the waves? The sea awaits after a short hike along a well-marked path through the pine forest that borders the house.
