This large, well-maintained and nicely decorated "family cottage" is located in L'Herbe, between bay and ocean in a quiet location. The house has 280 m2 of living space and offers enough space for 14 people. The upper terrace is very comfortably furnished with garden furniture. Living room with sofa, TV, Internet and bar to the open fully equipped kitchen. The house is composed by the upper main house and an apartment on the ground floor. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms (two double bedrooms with 1.80m bed, 2 double bedrooms with 1.60m bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms (of which one has an integrated toilet and 2 separate toilets. The apartment has one double room with 1.80m bed, and one room with two single beds and kitchenette. 1 shower room with toilet. 6 of the rooms may either be used as double bed rooms or single bed rooms.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
