The house is comfortably and brightly renovated. Living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, dining area and terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with attached large wooden terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Three bedrooms with double beds and built-in shower. One bedroom with twin beds, further bedroom with bunk beds, shower room, three toilets.
Distance to the ocean beach 300 m, shops and restaurants at about 1 km.
