The recently constructed Maine House offers spectacular views, easy access to the beach and Mushroom Pool and a dedicated boat slip. With space for 16 on multiple floors, the New England-style beach cottage is ideal for multiple families. French doors on every level, plantation blinds throughout the house, and flat-screen TVs in every bedroom are just a few of the home’s highlights. The Maine House includes an upstairs suite with master bedroom (King bed), large master bath and private deck. The main floor has one King room and one Queen, and three more bedrooms – two King and one with four adult-size bunk beds – are located on the bottom floor. A sleeper sofa downstairs completes the sleeping accommodations.
