For wheelchair users, it is not recommended due to existing steps in the entrance area and garden. Larger pets are not allowed. The apartment upstairs is a quiet single household and is inhabited by the son of the landlord. Upon entering the apartment, the guest is surrounded by a comfortable atmosphere. The first glance captures classical and entertainment literature, some corporate games and movie DVDs. The existing offer is being continually expanded. Two steps lead up to the living-dining room, where tableware is provided for all occasions and sets of glasses for various drinks. The modern kitchen has fridge / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, universal microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cookware / utensils and cutlery. Radio and vacuum cleaner are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower cubicle with a permanently installed entry and exit aid, single arm fittings, a seat stool for senior citizens and a hairdryer. Cable TV and DVD player as well as a living area with bed function for 1-2 additional beds are in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a high back-friendly, 1.60 m wide Danish double bed with one-piece mattress, wardrobe with ironing and a crib. Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing equipment and barbecue are available in the basement and can be used free of charge after consultation with the tenant of the upper apartment. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The basic price is for 2 adults or 2 adults with a toddler up to 3 years. For other persons (older than 3 years) and / or a smaller pet an additional charge will apply (please specify when booking). Laundry for kitchen, bathroom, sleeping places (tea towels, mattress for the shower cubicle, guest towels, hand and bath towels, bed linen) and the final cleaning are included in the price.
