This cabin is quiet, comfy for humans and pets and just what you need to relax. Close to things to do if you want to go out but, we enjoy the staying there most!

We had a wonderful time at Fern Valley Cabin. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a winter getaway. The cabin was immaculate and was decorated beautifully for the winter holidays. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for evening meals. They even had a raised bed and supplies for our dog, who loved the experience. Kris was very friendly and responsive----the perfect host! We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the cabin. Once we got settled, I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush, but our hosts had that covered. Thank you Kris, the last thing I wanted to do was run to the store for a toothbrush!! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals with ease. We visited several local places and were even able to kayak the river. Our location was perfect! I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway! We will be back!

Comfort away from home!

The property was beautiful. The check in process was super easy and straight forward! The host was very understanding and accomodating with our need for a late check in! This cabin was so comfortable and perfect for our family! It included everything that we needed for our stay! We look forward to visiting the area again and this property will definitely be our first choice!

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts really thought of the guests even providing hygiene/ feminine products in case forgotten. Each room was provided with a basket of towels extra blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you could think of and the cabin was decorated beautifully. I could write so much more it really was a great stay!

Excellent!The booking was very easy and the host sent details quickly. Check-in involved pulling open a lockbox to get the keys - coming in the back door was not a problem since the front sliding doors can then be easily opened to bring in belongings. We found everything we would have needed to cook any meal - the kitchen had all the little utensils and tools that we often pack for less well-supplied houses. There are a lot of different lights to turn on and good AC - one downstairs and an upstairs split unit that cooled things off well on a very hot day. Close to lots of beautiful hiking and a long network of local bike trails. We enjoyed Clarion River Brewing Company and Cousin Basil’s for dinners. Fern Valley cabin is a gem!

One of the best!!!

What an amazing 4th of July weekend we spent in Cook Forest. We want to send a huge shout out to our host at Fern Valley Cabin This cabin is a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for a great place to stay when visiting Cook Forest. The host thought of everything when they put this together, beautiful, relaxing, every amenity you would need, and all of the little things that make your stay so easy. We had a fantastic stay and already looking forward to next year!

A Perfect Stay: Comfort, Convenience, and a Wonderful Host!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was considered, making our stay truly comfortable and stress-free. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would love to return!

Great place to unwind

The cabin was well appointed with all the basics stocked up. It was very clean and the location was super close to cool forest. At night it was very quiet which was nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Father and sons getaway

We only spent 1 night and already wish it was longer. The cabin was perfect! There is plenty of room and it had everything we needed. I actually think it is larger than some of the pictures make it look on VRBO. They even had coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Just what we needed first thing in the morning. Everything worked as expected. I was very pleased with the cabin and the communication. I am already looking to see when I can return. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the forest!

Beautiful cabin, super clean, comfy, cozy. Well stocked kitchen, nice amenities. Great host. Very accommodating. We look look forward to coming back. Highly recommend in every way !
