Great location and handy parking across the road albeit a little expensive. Hotel was nice and clean, basic but had everything I needed. Room was clean and tidy including the bathroom with coffee and tea facilities. Staff were on hand and very pleasant and helpful. Good location for Headingley ground, just over 30min walk away

Good value budget hotel

Smell of cigarettes present throughout the entire hotel unfortunately. It needs a refurbishment for sure. Reoccuring issue with a malfunctioning door key which was not resolved very proactively by the reception staff. The concierge had to prompt the staff to properly sort out the problem after several visits back down to the reception to report the non-resolution of the problem. Good value for money through and the stay was fit-for-purpose.
