Disappointed!!

I booked in your website but when I arrirved sudenlly they said u have a reservation problem ; he sent me for one night to another hotle higher price then the night after we stay at his flat6 he didn't give me any recipe even he said u will receive it at your email but It didn't .. After I spoke to the hotle they add credit to my acount 100 £ as apologize
