This property is seriously lacking in basic amenities that usually come as standard in any rental property, for example:No coat hooks on the ground floor meaning you need to leave your coat over the back of a chair - not great if there are more than 4 of you in the property.You advertise a fully equipped kitchen however there is no teapot, no coffee maker or cafetière, no dishwasher and the hob and oven were so dirty that we could not use them. Also within the kitchen there is paint splattered over the roller blind and paint splashes on the kitchen dining table, as well as damaged worktop and the fridge being supported by cardboard.Nowhere on your description is it mentioned that this is a 3 storey property with exceptionally small and steep staircases - 2 of our party are in their late 70’s and felt very uncomfortable navigating the stairs. This was made even more dangerous by the fact that the motion sensor light, that you have on each level, was not working on the top floor which is especially dangerous at night as there is no separate light switch.There are no mirrors in any of the bedrooms which creates havoc when the 2 bathrooms are being used.There is no proper hanging space for any clothes and the little space that does exist has only 1 or 2 coat hangers per room which is useless. Photos are quite misleading and I believe a refund of 50% of the cost would be appropriate you should have someone to inspect tis property asap
