Budget property in need of attention.
Untidy exteriors did not make a good first impression. Interior is basically sound but paintwork and finishing in need of refurbishment. Insufficient towels, linen stained, doors patched and in need of refurbishment. Only one wine glass and limited crockery for intended capacity of eight people. Positives were decent heating, hot water and ensuite for each bedroom. Some noise late at night from neighbouring student property. Requested advice to parking from owner was unresolved, I would have appreciated a full response to my issue, even if it was not possible to supply a satisfactory answer.
