The hotel is fabulous and I love it but the service at the bar on an evening and in the morning the cleaner was incredibly rude! Not what you expect when you have paid to stay in a suite.

I travel to Leeds monthly and always try stay at Dakota! I’ve stayed at most hotels in Leeds and Dakota is definitely the best. Best shower and room is very luxurious for the price. Staff are always super friendly!

Stayed two nights at Dakota Leeds to attend a friends daughters wedding. Excellent hotel in centre of Leeds with great customer service. Immaculate throughout with great staff On arrival our room was upgraded to a balcony room which gave a lovely outside seating area. As weather beautifully sunny this was a lovely bonus

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with the rooms facilities. Instant coffee, no robes etc it was just basic considering. The decor was nice and the bar area was busy with a good atmosphere.
