A beautifully appointed, comfortable 4-star holiday cottage, located in the outbuildings of a former farmhouse, surrounded by nature, with a private spa open year-round. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open-plan living area with pastel colors, opening onto the garden, comprising: - A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) - A welcoming dining area, a comfortable lounge with TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi internet access, DVD and CD player. - A full bathroom (shower, toilet) with washing machine and dryer. The large bay window opens onto the enclosed, south-facing garden (wooden fence, no wire mesh). Upstairs, a hallway leads to: - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), - 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own bathroom (shower and sink) - 1 separate toilet at the end of the hallway. Your pet is welcome (supplement of €5/day) but is not allowed upstairs. Outside, your pet must be supervised or kept on a leash (horses, cats, dogs, and chickens on the property - the owners live next door). A 35 m² terrace with a garden table and benches, wooden chairs, a 6-person hot tub, and a pétanque court (boules provided) allows you to fully enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds and the surrounding tranquility. A griddle and barbecue are also available. A small treetop adventure course, badminton, a swing, and a slide will keep your children entertained! Baby equipment available: travel cot, changing mat, high chair/seat, stair gate and bed gate, baby bath, baby carrier for hiking. Electricity is charged extra (heating of the cottage and the spa, charged beyond the included 8 kWh/day). CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Towels and bathrobes provided. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage is located near the owners' house and has private parking and a separate access road to ensure your privacy. The property is very pleasant and wooded; you will appreciate the shade of the large trees in the summer and its south-facing aspect during cooler periods. The owners, who live next door, also have cats, dogs, horses, and chickens: you will need to keep an eye on your pet as the areas are not completely fenced. Near Oloron-Sainte-Marie, in the heart of the Pyrenean foothills, between the mountains and the ocean, this charming and comfortable gîte has been completely renovated and is located in the outbuilding of an 18th-century farmhouse. The property is situated on a wooded, peaceful, and relaxing estate, surrounded by unspoiled nature. A private spa is available on site.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Kitchens, washers/dryers, and 2 bathrooms are other standard amenities. Limited housekeeping is available.
