Charming villa of 130 m2, on one level composed of 3 bedrooms, a living room with American kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, garden of 700 m2 with above ground pool. The house built in 2006 is located in a calm and pleasant setting 300 meters from a river where swimming is allowed. Lecques is a village of character from which many hiking routes start. Each summer the tavern settles on the banks of the Vidourle and offers concerts and fast food. 10 minutes from the house, you can discover Sommières, a medieval town renowned for its squares, alleys, castle and market.
