New comfortable holiday home with unobstructed views of the Lechsee and the mountains. A cozy, open kitchen, dining area with fireplace and underfloor heating leaves nothing to be desired. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and the sauna are located on the ground floor.
Two bedrooms with double bed and a room with two single beds make for a comfortable holiday. Also another bathroom with changing table can be found upstairs. A travel cot and a high chair is also available.

Top Ferienhaus für Mensch und Hund. Es fehlt an nichts und man fühlt sich rundum Wohl. Die Championsleague unter den Ferienhäusern. Die Entscheidung für´s nächste Jahr zu buchen fiel leicht. Liebe Fa. Demmler, danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Die Baumscheiben sind noch unberührt, werden aber bald verarbeitet. Foto des Ergebnisses folgt. Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine rundum wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus im Allgäu! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein Holzkohlegrill, Sauna und Karmin steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Wohn-Küchenbereich, die hervorragende komplett ausgestattete Küche und die schöne Terrasse mit einem Traumhaft schön Bilck in die Berge und auf die Lech. Meine zwei Hunde waren auch Herzlichen Willkommen Fress- und Wassernäpfe sowie eine extra Hundedecker waren vor Ort. Es sind 2 Parkplätze und ein zusätzlicher gemeinsamer Fahrradschuppen, mit der Möglichkeit 2 E-Bikes zu laden. Sowie ein Parkplatz zum Laden eines E-Autos. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Liebe Familie Demmler! Wir möchten uns nochmal von Herzen für diesen Traumhaft schön Urlaub bei Ihnen Bedanken. Dies war übrigens ein Geschenk zur Goldenen Hochzeit meiner Eltern. Ich bin so froh dieses Ferienhaus gewählt zu haben, weil es noch schöner Aussah als auf den Bildern und das hat schon was zu heißen. Das Geschenk ist uns Dank Ihnen sehr gelungen. Mein Mann und ich konnten so die Zeit mit meinen Eltern sehr genießen. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer Ferienanlage, etwas ausserhalb der Ortschaft. Zum Einkaufen und Brötchen holen sind es ca 2 Km Weg. Wir waren im Januar 2022 hier, es war sehr ruhig da die meisten anderen Ferienhäuser nicht belegt waren. Der Ort selber bietet genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um sich zu verpflegen. Die Betreuung (sagt man das so?) durch Frau Demmler war tadellos, alles hat funktioniert. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein ganz tolles Haus. Super Ausstattung, alles sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder haben Tage nach der Abreise noch gesagt, dass sie zurück wollen :) Wir haben einige Tage, bei Sonne und auch Regen, am Haus verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wunderschöne Makrolage und vor allem wunderschöne Mikrolage. Toller Blick auf See und Berge über eine große Wiese. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und umfassend (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine). Die Holzwände machen das Haus urgemütlich. Es strahlt dadurch eine heimelige Wärme aus. Wir waren mit Sohn und Schwiegertochter hier und haben uns bewusst dafür entschieden, weil es ein zweites Bad gab. Danke für das Entgegenkommen und die Abwicklung der Schäden. Man merkt, alles ist mit viel Liebe und Mühe gemacht. Alles ist top! Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass Mückenschutz in einigen Fenstern eine echte Hilfe sein könnten, wenn man im Sommer bei offenem Fenster schlafen will.
