If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place, just a few minutes' walk from the superb bay of San Ciprianu and its small shops, with great facilities, run by discreet hosts who are always ready to give you advice or answer your questions? and who can offer you a hire car if you need one?

You'll love our little house, "La Pécorella"! Come and discover it!
It is comfortably equipped and includes :
On the ground floor, a large living room with a corner bench seat, opening onto the patio, a new fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob and dishwasher.
A small bathroom with washbasin and WC. A new washing machine is available.

The Lounge opens onto the Terrace, which offers an outdoor shower and BBQ, as well as a private patio with plenty of shade and flowers.


Upstairs, you'll find :
An air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a 140*200 cm bed.
A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 90*200 cm bed superimposed on a 140*190 cm bed.
A shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin.
There is also a second separate WC.

Great holiday

We (family with "children" aged 21, 18 and 12) had a great time in the house of Corinne and Bruno. The accommodation is - inside as well as outside - tasteful, loving and cozy, the equipment is super, everything is very well maintained. In five minutes you can walk to the beautiful house beach. From our friendly landlords we got many tips for beaches and river swimming spots, as well as for restaurants and shopping. We will be happy to come back!

Charmante maison, très bien optimisée, tout est bien pensé. Superbe Sejour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette jolie maison. Idéalement placée à 5 min à pied de la plage et 2 min des commerces. A 40 min en voiture des plus belles plages et de Porto Vecchio. La maison est parfaitement équipée, mentions spéciales pour le jardin joliment fleuri et aménagé, la clim dans les chambres, la douche extérieure et le barbecue. La gentillesse de Corinne notre hôte et ses conseils nous ont permis de découvrir des bonnes adresses.

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen anderer Gäste nur anschließen. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Häuschen. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhaber reibungslos. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass diese Unterkunft besonders für ein Frühling oder ein Herbsturlaub geeignet ist. Es gibt genügend Heizkörper im Haus und die Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock haben einen "wärmeren" Bodenbelag und nicht die üblichen Fliesen. Auch der Vorgarten ist sehr geschützt und es kommt viel Sonne rein. Die nächstgelegenen Strände sind alle flachabfallend, also werden, bzw. bleiben besonders schnell und lange warm.

Séjour en toute quiétude, appartement dans un joli parc très proche à pied de la belle plage

En tous points correspondant à l'annonce, nous avons été très bien reçues par nos hôtes, qui se sont bien adaptés à notre demande d'arrivée et de départ. Appartement très coquet, où il ne manque rien. La mer à proximité immédiate, le calme, la nature, un petit coin de paradis !

Hübsch, gemütlich und nur 3 min zu Fuß von tollem Strand

Süßes kleines Häuschen mit sehr gemütlichen und geschütztem Außenbereich - auch wenn es mal regnet kann man draußen auf der überdachten Terrasse essen. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Für ganz kleine Kinder ist die Treppe in den ersten Stock etwas heikel (kein Geländer). Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend auch die Waschmaschine direkt im Haus ist sehr hilfreich. Die Schlafräume haben eine Klimaanlage - an Pfingsten brauchten wir sie aber trotz 27 Grad draußen nicht - das Häuschen bleibt drinnen recht angenehm. Der Strand von San Cipriano ist großartig- feinsandig, sehr flache Stellen für Kinder, nette Stellen zum Schnorcheln um die Felsen und viele Strandbars - und darunter auch ein paar die nicht ganz so teuer sind. Die Boulangerie/Patisserie/Creperie ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr preiswert und macht großartige Croissants und Crepes. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr freundlich und alles war ganz unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

un été à saint cyprien

très propre et à proximité du boulevard principal de saint cyprien ce qui permet des allers retours faciles à la plage et eux commerces (boucherie et pain, spar aussi pour dépanner..) climatisation uniquement à l'étage dans les chambres qui sont très agréables. Pas de wifi disponible mais une bibliothèque et quelques jeux de cartes. Une petite cuisine très fonctionnelle mais seulement 2 plaque de cuissons. Attention si vous utilisez le barbecue il faudra le frotter complétement et apporter du charbon de bois. Pensez aussi aux tapis pour le sol en particulier pour la douche extérieure et linges non fournis ainsi que le savon. Pensez à payer le ménage pour plus de sérénité

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Corinne. Das Haus liegt wenige 100 m vom Strand entfernt, vor dem sich auch eine kleine Straße mit schönen Restaurants befindet. Das kleine Mittelreihenhaus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer Anlage mit mehreren Ferienhäusern. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Unten gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit kleinem Wohnbereich. Wir haben uns fast nur auf der Veranda aufgehalten, wo man schön unter einer Pergola sitzen und gerade im Hochsommer ein schattiges Plätzchen haben kann. Zudem gibt es eine Außen-Dusche mit kaltem und warmem Wasser. Corinne ist super hilfsbereit, hat alles perfekt organisiert und uns auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Optimale Unterkunft

Sehr charmante kleines Ferienhaus in sehr gutem Zustand und Ausstattung. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und für uns auch der perfekter Ausgangsort um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank noch mal für die tollen Ausflugtipps. Auch von uns eine klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung und die Vermieter.

Très agréable

Location très bien, proche de la plage (à 5mns à pieds) et de petits commerces. Pas besoin de la voiture ! Terrasse tres agréable et bien fleurie, avec en plus un ventilateur apprécié lors de la chaleur ! Bruno et Corinne sont des hôtes très accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour très agréable

La location est très propre et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située pour rayonner autour de Porto-Vecchio. Les espaces ombragés dans la résidence permettent aux enfants de jouer en toute tranquilité. La plage est accessible à pied en 10-15'. Le douche extérieur est un vrai plus.
