The garden area and outside stairs to our room needed sweeping - littered with leaves. Floor in room had nasty stain. Bathroom had a strange smell. Breakfast was poor. Eggs (scrambled or omelette) always running low and tepid. Never enough cheese or salami laid out.

Beautiful, comfortable oasis in Lecce!

The hotel was wonderful! It is a quiet oasis in the city. Spacious apartment. Easy street parking. Lovely breakfast. Good service. Very short walk to historic center. Very highly recommend!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay (Nov 2023) was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious, comfortable and just a block away from the cereal historic district.

Debora and Nikki are amazing hosts! The best ever! The accommodations are like the Four Seasons but very welcoming!

Customer service good nothing was too much trouble. Parking great, street parking just outside property. Street where property was looked extremely unsafe and dirty full of graffiti and rubbish. Our room was ok, the bathroom however required full overhaul looked and felt very unclean, mouldy in shower, shower basket to put toiletries on full of rust. Shower tray broken and uneven quite mucky. Couldn't wait to leave property.

A Lecce find

Found this hotel unique and charming. Upstairs room had a balcony and downstairs was a small charming garden. The staff was friendly and helpful. A tucked away gem!!

Quiet Oasis

This charming B & B is located just a few minutes walk outside the old city gates. Comfortable and quiet setting with nicely appointed rooms. Service from Debra, Nikki and Johnny is personal and caring. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Complimentary chilled bottles of water are readily available. Easily and safely park on the street in front of the hotel which you cannot do in the central area hotels. We would recommend and stay here again.

Oasis on the edge of the city

An amazing well located great design apartments. Fantastic breakfast, lovely staff very convenient spot to get to the old town but at the same time very quiet comfortable. Prefect for a night or two to explore local area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was ideal on the edge of the centre storico with free on street parking. Room was light and airy, entering onto a central courtyard where we ate a lovely breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very good location with creative interior. Nicky and Deborah were delightful staff, welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. Good breakfasts and always plenty of coffee. Free bottled water and helped ourselves to tea and coffee whenever we wanted.

A Gem of a Hotel

The hotel is a gem. Stylish and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and a refrigerator of free cold water any time during the day. Great location directly opposite the old city. Plenty of free parking directly in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and competent. Highly recommend.
