- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

C'era Muffa in Casa, no risposta di Barbarhouse

Buongiorno Barbarhouse, buongiorno sig.ra Guenda, abbiamo deciso da partire in anticipo gia al lunedi 26.09.22 perché alcune cose non vanno bene nella casa qui. - il problema piu grande e la muffa, nei armadi e cassetti sta puzzando di muffa terribile, i piatti, coltello & forchetta e ciotole erano da lavare prima del uso e non si poteva rimetterla ne armadio perché puzzava subito di nuovo. la padella non era proprio da usare così sporca sta nel armadio. - Prima nostro accesso in casa, non cera una pulizia professionale, neanche cera un rotolo di carta igienica. - Il Ventilatore nella stanza di letto e un disastro pieno di ruggine e sporchissimo. - C’è anche la muffa nel materasso o vicino al letto, non riesco più dormire la senza anti istamina, perché io lo ho un tipo asma e la umidità nella casa me fa molto male. - Non c’è abbastanza acqua calda per farsi una doccia dopo una giornata al mare, purtroppo per lavarsi i capelli lunghi, sta mancano anche una doccia mano. La partenza abbiamo già coordinato con la Costanza, sara il 26.09.22 alle ora 10:00 Comunque, complimenti per la bellissima struttura artigianale nel giardino. Sperando lei trova un modo da rimborsare qualche denaro. Un saluto - Jana e Petra Bodesheim
