Location is key, being only a 4-minute walk to the train station, providing links into London Waterloo, London Bridge, Victoria and Clapham Junction. Local buses into Ashtead, Epsom, Dorking and surrounding towns are close by, and easy access to the M25.

Your stay here, is perfect for commuting into London for work, or needing a relaxed base for exploring Surrey.

We are located close to the Surrey Hills- Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with many activities and places to visit including National Trusts, traditional pubs and stunning walks all year round.
