Gorgeous luxurious getaway, snuggled in the pine trees

Modern luxury meets pine tree retreat from busy life. Our family of 23 (3 years old to retired grandparent ages) greatly enjoyed our stay. The home is perfect. Well stocked (kitchen especially). Bright, cheerful, modern, with tall ceilings, magnificent windows, private bedroom areas, fun places to play and to rest. The real experience even better than the pictures. Everyone gasped when they arrived. Felt homey and luxurious at the same time. Location location location. Nestled in the beauty of the pine trees, this lot is private and has gorgeous views from every angle. We enjoyed watching the deer graze, seeing a double rainbow, and breathing the air of the pristine Black Hills. The deck area was a favorite spot for conversation, peaceful and cozy by the fire pit. The kitchen is excellent, large and accommodating for our big group's large meal prep. Bedrooms/bathrooms are comfy and private. Bunk bed area a blast. So much space. So well thought out. Close to a lot of amazing trails and adventures. Pool/Club House fun too. We didn't have enough time to do it all, and I'm sure we will do our best to come back.

Fun Family Getaway

Great location. Beautiful Home. Great layout. Fabulous kitchen. Our family (19 in all ) range from the ages of 4 to 71. There was plenty of space for all of us and everyone loved being there. Perfect family getaway and a great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Beautiful home in the Black Hills

Amazing home with plenty of room for our group of 21. The grill was large and the gas was plumbed into the house so no propane was needed. Bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker (not the k-cup kind). Balcony was huge and a great place for afternoon drinks. Garage had corn hole and washer games which were fun for the kids. The owners provided Hulu live so we could watch college football. Really quiet location. Hot tub was well maintained and the great room provided ample room for cooking, watching football, playing board games, and hanging out simultaneously. The property management company were great to work with and communicated with us after hours and on the weekend. The ONLY negative was super weak wi-fi downstairs. We were only able to use the televisions and wi-fi upstairs which was a bummer. If the owner boosted the internet downstairs we would stay here every time we vacation in the hills.

Relaxing and Spacious

This enjoyable home was the perfect space for all of our large extended family gathering. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked including griddles, crockpots, soup pots, baking pans, etc. It had two large seating areas for tv or movie watching inside the home as well as an upper deck off the kitchen area with a decent sized grill and a lower patio which featured a hot tub. This home was the perfect beginning and ending to days of sightseeing in the Hills. Very relaxing.

Amazing! The beds and pillows were very comfy. Everyone in our party loved this place! Very spacious. A bathroom for each bedroom added a huge convenience. So grateful for having a place like this to make some amazing memories with our family!

Best Vrbo rental we have had

We rent a house at summer's beginning for a family reunion and have been around the USA. This is the newest house and has the best bedroom/bathroom combination. It is perfect for multiple families. We have some suggestions: Shower floors are slippery; they have coatings which are not adequate for seniors. Grab bars would help too. Bedrooms need cabinets to accommodate luggage The ovens, outside grill and fans need cleaning. So do the dusty inside cold air returns. The grill drip pan was full. Benches would help in removing shoes by the door.

70th Birthday Bash

We loved the property! We saw deer and chipmunks daily. The house was a great size for our large crew (12 adults, 11 kids). It was a great location for going to main attractions or just going to grab a coffee or snacks.

We had the best time!

This property is seriously so beautiful. Great sized, easily accessible, and comes furnished with everything you need. It’s exactly what I expected from the listing and photos. We loved that all rooms are en suite, which worked great for our group of mostly couples. Will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful memories were made! We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected in the description. The kitchen was wonderful for everybody gathering, cooking and enjoying a meal! We enjoyed having a bathroom with each bedroom. The yard was perfect for our little grandchildren to play. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again!
