A Different Kind of Stay
This is not a resort or a polished luxury rental—it’s a genuine retreat. We’re a family sharing a place we love, kept intentionally natural. Instead of manicured lawns, you’ll find open mountain terrain where deer, birds, and other wildlife roam freely.

To help preserve the peaceful environment and protect the wildlife, hunting and the use of firearms are not permitted on the property.

Exactly what we wanted for the weekend. Pet friendly, quiet, fantastic outdoor space and had anything we could have needed. Stairs inside the cabin were too tricky for the dog, but the host was great and told us all of that in advance. The stairs did not hinder how awesome this cabin was and it is very well maintained. This property was fantastic! It was a real nature retreat, we did not hear any traffic, only birds and nature. A few mornings I saw deer on the property, and so many birds! The peace was exactly what we had hoped for. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and relax. We will definitely be back!

My family and I have stayed in many VRBO's, and this is probably the most well stocked place we stayed in if you are wanting to do any cooking or grilling. Clean, and pretty secluded.
