This will be your new favorite place and you may never want to leave! The Lucky Lazy E offers beautiful scenery, great views and all the amenities you could ask for in your vacation getaway. Located on in the Terry Peak subdivision - it's just 1 mile from the main ski Lodge. You can enjoy all the Black Hills has to offer with skiing/snowmobiling in the winter and fishing, hiking, biking (to name a few) in the summer.
The main living space is a light, open and spacious floor plan. The focal point will be the majestic wall of windows looking out into the Black Hills National Forest and the beautiful rock fireplace. Flat screen TV and comfy furniture make the living room a great space to hang out. The Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to entertain and gather for meals. The dining area includes a large dining table with extra seating at the kitchen island. The main floor also has a laundry room and full bathroom with tub/shower.
The upstairs loft open to the area below and has more comfy seating, and a table to play games - the perfect place to relax! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom with walk-out to the garage. The garage has been converted into a "bunk house" with a Custom built bar, full refrigerator, 2 flat screen TV's, a pool table and lots of seating. This is the perfect area to entertain, watch the big game or enjoy a game of pool. Wrapped around the top portion of the garage is a "cat-walk" with beds including 2 bunk beds and 2 queen beds.
