Luxury villa with modern character, it will seduce you with its location. Its height will offer a magnificent view of Balahou Cove.



The interior is composed of 4 bedrooms, all air conditioned with built-in wardrobe so you can enjoy the extensive spaces. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that will offer all the necessary toiletries. The master suite has its private bathroom and opens onto the terrace. The last bedroom has its own dressing room as well as its private bathroom. The view from the room is beautiful.



The American kitchen, precisely designed with care, will offer you all the necessary utensils in order to have a perfect stay.

The lounge with books and a TV will allow you to enjoy pure moments of serenity. You will reach, by its large bay windows, with a terrace of 41 m ², with vast spaces. The outdoor lounge will give you the opportunity to enjoy all the tranquility of the place, the private pool and sunbathing are a real invitation to tasty moments of relaxation.



The lush garden will allow you to enjoy the barbecue which will be ideal to share friendly moments with the family.
