The beach, located just 1 km away, offers you the opportunity to swim, practise water sports or simply enjoy beautiful walks by the sea. The GR34 is directly accessible via the housing estate for hiking enthusiasts. Whether you are a couple, a family or friends, this house is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Rhuys peninsula.



Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a large living space, open onto the garden thanks to a wide bay window. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), provides you with everything you need to cook as if at home. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or, on fine days, enjoy the garden table for lunch in the open air. The lounge area invites you to relax, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television, ideal for extending the evening.



The accommodation has two bedrooms:



- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe comprising storage space and hanging rail

- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe comprising storage space and hanging rail



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate for added comfort.



A laundry room, located to the left of the entrance, includes a washing machine at your disposal.



Finally, you will be able to park up to two vehicles in the courtyard in front of the house.
