Jolie maison neuve Mais trop de dĂ©faut qui je nâen doute pas vont ce rĂ©soudre. Une salle de bain, une climatisation qui ne fonctionnent pas. DĂ©faut dâĂ©vacuation forte odeur au sous-sol. Un peu trop proche de lâavenue mais au final pas trop bruyant.

Insgesamt drei wesentliche Kritikpunkte:Ganz ĂŒbler Geruch vom Keller ausgehend bis in die erste Etage/SchlafrĂ€ume. Ohne Duftstecker war es nicht gut auszuhalten.Vekehrsreiche Bundesstrasse nur 25m entfernt von Terrasse/Garten. Sehr laut und keine PrivatsphĂ€re dadurch im Aussenbereich.Bei uns war die zweite Dusche defekt, was eine EinschrĂ€nkung besonders nach Strandtagen bedeutete.

Maison toute neuve, trÚs bien agencée avec tout le co fort du moderne, a 10 minutes en velo de la plage (piste cyclable tout le long)Seule chose a mentionner, la proximité de la maison avec la route qui peut etre genante de par sa forte frequentation

Das Haus ist hĂŒbsch eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Aufenthaltsraum. Leider grenzt der Garten direkt an die sehr stark befahrene Ortseingangsstrasse. Ein Aufenthalt im Garten oder auf der Terrasse ist durch den AutolĂ€rm kaum möglich. Aus dem Keller kommt zudem ein muffiger Geruch in das Wohnzimmer/die KĂŒche. Auch stĂ€ndiges LĂŒften hat dies nicht verbessert.
