Gute Lage, schlechter Zustand

Das Apartment liegt in Strandnähe, an einer Strassenkreuzung. Parkplätze sind knapp, besonders am Wochenende. Normalerweise muss der Parkplatz teuer bezahlt werden, zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit waren die Parkautomaten allerdings nicht in Betrieb. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Die Schiebetüren der Schränke sind defekt. Leider ist der Zustand der Wohnung unter Hygienegesichtspunkten sehr schlecht. Es bedarf einer großen Grundreinigung. Das habe ich auch der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, sie verwies auf die "Nettoyage" der Gäste. Diese erfolgt offensichtlich nur oberflächlich, was ich verstehen kann, denn gründlich staubwischen, Fenster bzw. Terrasse gründlich zu putzen etc. ist nicht Sache der Mieter. Die Lüftung ist leider auch total verstaubt. Gerade in den heutigen Zeiten sollte etwas mehr Wert seitens der Vermieter auf Hygiene gelegt werden. Schade, denn die große Terrasse und die Lage direkt am Strand sind sehr schön.

joli appartement en périphérie du centre, trés calme

Belle région, j'y ai passé de très belle vacances avec mon épouse, l'endroit est calme et reposant, de belle promenade sont a faire, et c'est aussi l'occasion de manger du poisson bien frais acheter sur le port d'Etaples juste a côté, j'ai été charmé par la côte d'Opale, nous y retournerons c'est sûr

Résidence calme à deux pas de la plage. Vacances agréables dans ce bel appartement bien agencé. Malheureusement les locataires précédent pas sérieux au niveau ménage. Une petite rénovation de l'appartement serait un plus.

Appart super. C’est Neuf et clair. Vue sur la mer. Très calme. Literie très bien. Un très grand balcon. Je recommande cette location. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking.

Appartement fonctionnel pour une famille, très proche de la plage. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Il est plutôt bien entretenu par les propriétaires. Seul bémol, la propreté. Le ménage est à faire par les locataires et de toute évidence, le locataire précédent notre arrivée avait laissé l’appartement plutôt sale...

l appartement est tres bien place je suis restee 15 jours et je n ai pas pris ma voiture une seule fois le bonheur il a des places gratuite pas tres loin plage a 2 pas centre ville et marche couvert tres proche club enfant juste en face ainsi que wack park et char a voile appartement tres lumineux que des baies avec volet , tres spacieux il ne manque rien tout est prevu ( four grill pain bouilloir ect...) proprietaire tres a l ecoute et arangeante je garde l adresse car sure j y retourne des que je peu
