The house, around 300 m² and fully renovated with taste, provides a tranquil, light-filled living space accompanied by the song of cicadas.
On the ground floor, an entrance leads to a living room with fireplace, a semi-open kitchen and dining area opening onto a large sunny terrace with open views. There is also a suite with shower room, a laundry room, and a pantry on this level.
