We propose a bastide of 200 m ² for 8 people maximum, on a ground of 8000 m ² in full campaign only 800 m of the village THOR and all its facilities (trade, supermarket ...).
Ideally located at the foot of the Luberon, 30 minutes from the TGV station, 25 minutes from Avignon and Saint Remy de Provence, 10 minutes from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and its antique shops, with beautiful views of Mont Ventoux and the Thouzon castle, the house, planned for 8 people, is composed of:
On the ground floor, 1 veranda, 1 fully equipped kitchen with large fridge / freezer 2 doors and ice dispenser, 1 large living room of 50 m² with TV 150 cm, 1 spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom (bath + shower) Italian + washbasin) and 1 WC.
On the 1st floor, 3 spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden and pool, 1 bathroom (shower + 2 basins), a large landing with sofa / library and a gym (elliptical trainer).
In the garden, you can enjoy a swimming pool of 5x12 (maximum depth 1,70m) with a range of 30cm deep by 2m to allow swimming safely to the youngest (always in the presence of an adult). The pool is secured by an electric shutter.
At the option of the day, you will take your meals, either under a hundred-year-old plane tree, or on the terrace. A Weber gas barbecue for 10 people is also available.
Linen optional.
Cleaning fee of 80 euros at the end of the stay (obligatory).
Smoking outdoors only. Animals not accepted
