Incoherent et tres discutable
Je déconseille vivement la ferme auberge Le Pêcher Gourmand. Après avoir réservé un logement confort via Hôtel.com et payé la totalité du montant pour le séjour, la veille de mon arrivée, la responsable m’a annoncé qu’elle ne travaille pas avec Hôtel.com et qu’elle n’avait aucune réservation à mon nom. Elle a ensuite proposé, de façon très surprenante, de me loger dans trois chalets différents à titre exceptionnel, ce qui a complètement séparé ma famille, et en me demandant 80 € de supplément par rapport au montant déjà payé en ligne.
De plus, elle a reçu un règlement de Hôtel.com qui ne correspond pas aux tarifs initialement annoncés, ce qui montre une gestion opaque et douteuse. Lors de notre arrivée, elle nous a encore confirmé avoir reçu le paiement, mais la situation est totalement incohérente et peu sérieuse.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, qui pratique des méthodes discutables et qui semble avoir du mal a gerer des reservation en ligne .
