The apartment and 99% of the facilities on offer are new.
The price quoted is fixed for one to six occupants.
The apartment is entirely on one level: you will not find any steps of stairs other than those of the swimming pool.
Ideal for two couples, the maximum capacity of the apartment can be extended to a maximum of 8 people (6 adults + 1 child under three and a baby).
Our villa is ideally situated between the beautiful white sand beaches of the South and the historic sites and hiking the North of the island.
A one kilometer you will find a shopping center (supermarket, newsagent, bank, ...), a medical office and two pharmacies. A physiotherapy practice is located in the town of Robert, 2 km.
Bars and seafront restaurants are within 5 minutes.
Access
Access to the house is via a motorized gate via a concrete road 30m in length, lined with coconut trees.
You have a parking place.
The pool
Infinity pool 8x4m with a small bathroom and a large 0.9m bath depth 1,50m. The overflow overlooking the rainforest and the sea. The pool is equipped with a perimeter alarm (light beams) a net restricting physical access can be stretched along the beach, on demand. The vigilance of adults towards children is essential, regardless of the security arrangements put in place. For your convenience, the pool water is treated by electrolysis of salt and automatic PH regulator. An outdoor shower totem is available. The pool is lit from 18:30 to midnight.
The pool area of ââmore than 50m2 is equipped with sun loungers and a PVC garden table. You will find a carbet to enjoy the shade near the pool: ideal for dining in a holiday atmosphere.

The kitchen
In addition to the dishwasher and washing machine, the kitchen has a blender, kettle, a toaster, a traditional coffee, Nespresso machine (capsules are not provided), refrigerator / freezer with water dispenser and a ceramic hob 2 burners. A Weber barbecue is available.

The apartment is equipped for you to take your meal outside and inside (round table). In addition, we provide you with cocktail glasses, flutes Champagne and timpani.

Great accommodations!
Nicolas and Paula were so sweet and accommodating for our entire trip. Our first day we got off to a rocky start due to car issues, but they were so patient and offered to help in any way that they could. They even helped us return our rental and retrieve another. The house was beautiful, and conveniently located near a supermarket. We spent a lot of time in their beautiful infinity pool, but had a great day at the beach in Tartane per Paula's recommendation. We also drove to les trois illets, a long ride, but worth the drive. All in all we greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Superbe séjour
Une fois arrivées, nous avons pu constater que les photos et les avis sont absolument fidÚles : - TrÚs bonne communication avec le propriétaire (Nicolas) avant et pendant le séjour, trÚs sympathique et réactif.- Un appartement propre et spacieux (nous étions 2)- Une vue (de la piscine à débordement) absolument magnifique ! (entretien de la piscine et du jardin chaque semaine)- Une terrasse top (avec un grand carbet) pour prendre les repas dehors- Une situation géographique idéale pour visiter les fonds blancs (baignoire de Joséphine, Ilet Chancel...). Mais attention aux sargasses (qui se posent plus naturellement sur la cÎte atlantique)Nous avons suggéré quelques légers travaux d'entretien, dans le souci d'encore mieux valoriser cet hébergement, mais nous sommes absolument ravies du séjour !

Beautiful gem
This house is a beauty. The view, the rooms, the kitchen, the pool. Just everything. We had a very pleasant stay with our two kids and we had a wonderful week. Nous avons adorĂ© la Martinique. Lâemplacement du VRBO Ă©tait parfait et la vue magnifique. Le propriĂ©taire mĂȘme si absent lors de notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique et avenant. Le seul petit bĂ©mol pour nous a Ă©tĂ© la propretĂ© lors de notre arrivĂ©e et peut ĂȘtre le manque dâamour de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Ex.: Les murs au contour des interrupteurs Ă©taient sales et les beaux gardes extĂ©rieurs de la magnifique terrasse ainsi que les tablettes de la cuisine extĂ©rieur sont pourries. Lâentretien hebdomadaire de la piscine et du terrain a Ă©tĂ© grandement apprĂ©ciĂ©. Ceci nâest quâune critique constructive car nous sommes trĂšs contents de notre sejour.

TrÚs agréable séjour
Déjà , la maison est idéalement placée au Robert, à une heure maximum de toutes les activités.
SituĂ©e sur les hauteurs, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie, câest un vĂ©ritable havre de paix.
La piscine à débordement est vraiment agréable et accessible simplement. La maison est vraiment fonctionnelle : clim dans les 2 chambres et dans le salon, cuisine équipée, rien ne manque.
Bref, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et Nicolas et sa maman Paule Ă©taient vraiment aux petits soins. Et un grand merci pour lâapĂ©ro le dernier soirâŠ

Excellent séjour
La rĂ©sidence est un petit havre de paix avec une vue magnifique sur la baie du Robert. La maison, les Ă©quipements, la piscine et la disponibilitĂ© de Nicolas ont pleinement contribuĂ© Ă la rĂ©ussite de nos vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cette rĂ©sidence et nâavons quâune hĂąte... revenir !
