Simplicité idéale

Bien localisĂ© pour jouir de la section nord de l’üle. Moments agrĂ©ables dans la superbe vĂ©randa, Ă  1 jet de pierre de la mer avec vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil. Propre, complet et confortable. On espĂšre y revenir!

Clean and Comfortable, nice neighbours, very noisy at times

Our hosts were very nice people. This VRBO was very much out of the way. A map with more specific directions on how to get there would have been helpful. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The view from the porch was relaxing, watching the sail boats, and the pelicans doing low fly-bys, however, you step off the porch right on to the street. Most of the neighbours were very nice, including the local stores (sparsely stocked, but friendly service, nice people). Some of the local youth however sped down the road on their very loud motorcycles which completely destroyed any semblance of quiet and calm. The water is ten metres from the front door, but you can't go in to it. The beach is about 400 metres away, but the better beach was about 4 km away. The pastry truck comes by every morning with mouthwatering goodies. listen for the horn. The outdoor rinse off shower and clothes lines came in very handy. I would never recommend this for two couples. One couple would have to walk through the other bedroom to get to the restroom. There is no air conditioning, so having the doors open for the fans was a necessity. It is a beautiful area with a lot to see. Check out the markets and museum in Saint Pierre.

A True Caribbean Cottage

We loved our stay at Mike's Caribbean cottage; feeling like a local and folding right into the beat of Le Precheur. Mike's parents warmly welcomed us to the house and gave us a tour of the house and amenities. Though it was just my husband and I, there was plenty of room for another couple (or kids). The sound of the waves, at night, lull you to sleep and the rooster is dutiful waking you in the morning. We loved enjoying a planter's punch on the front porch; watching the sunset dip below the horizon on the beach just across the street. We hiked some of Mt. Pelee and visited the zoo, both of which we would recommend.

A little spot of heaven.

The location of the property is beautiful and relaxing. We loved the front porch and the reggae jukebox. The adorable owners left us a little feast in the fridge. We left feeling so relaxed!

The ideal place to explore the north of Martinique

Very charming little house, only 20m in front of the sea. Clean and comfortable. Warm welcoming by the owners. Perfect location to explore the North of the island: hiking the Montagne Pelée, visiting habitation Ceron, and relaxing on the beautiful black sand beaches.

Lovely little house by the sea full of rustic charm

Very cute little house across the street from the sea, in the most northern village on the Caribbean side. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Great location if you want explore the wild beaches and walking trails of the north. Mike and Marie are warm and super friendly and although we don’t speak French and they don’t speak English we managed to communicate just fine. We miss going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves and having our breakfast on the front porch overlooking the sea. Around 8:30-9am a local bakery van drives by, with the most amazing baguettes and croissants we had in Martinique! We are hoping to return one day.

Nous chérirai toujours notre temps à Anse Belleville

Je souhaite que mon Français Ă©tait mieux si je pouvais exprimer pleinement mon apprĂ©ciation pour nos hĂŽtes et les chambres. La chambre Ă©tait immaculĂ©e, avec toutes les commoditĂ©s que nous avions besoin. Nous Ă©tions heureux d’ĂȘtre loin de l’internet et entourĂ© d’une telle beautĂ© naturelle avec la mer Ă  la porte d’entrĂ©e et de la montagne Ă  nos dos. Partout oĂč nous allions que nous avons rencontrĂ© des gens charmants et beaux villages. Un voyage au bout de la route en Martinique du Nord promet une rĂ©compense spĂ©ciale pour ceux qui veulent fuir le tourisme.

Quel merveilleux sĂ©jour nous avons passĂ© chez Roger et Marie dans leur cabane de pĂȘcheur au PrĂȘcheur !Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par deux personnes d'une trĂšs grande gentillesse, prĂ©venantes et toujours disponibles. Leur hospitalitĂ© a rendu nos vacances encore plus belles.La vue sur la mer et le bruit des vagues depuis la cabane est la petite touche en plus. L'emplacement est Ă©galement trĂšs pratique pour explorer les sites du Nord de la Martinique, comme les superbes plages de sable noir et la vĂ©gĂ©tation sauvage. La cabane Ă©tait globalement trĂšs agrĂ©able et nous avons pu nous y installer confortablement. C'est vrai que la route devant est parfois lĂ©gĂšrement animĂ©e en journĂ©e, mais on s'y habitue vite en profitant de l'ambiance authentique du PrĂȘcheur.En bref, une adresse Ă  recommander sans hĂ©siter pour l'accueil chaleureux de Roger et Marie et cette vue apaisante !

L'emplacement du gßte est formidable : vue directe sur l'anse, la mÚre et les palmiers. Les couchers de soleil sur la mer méritent plusieurs photos chaque jour. Nos hÎtes, Roger et Marie, sont trÚs sympathiques et accueillants. Le réfrigérateur n'est pas vide à votre arrivée avec notamment des produits locaux. un seul petit bémol : la route bien que peu passante génÚre du bruit surtout le matin. La proximité des endroits touristiques, notamment concernant les randonnées et les sports aquatiques, fait aussi de ce gßte un endroit à recommander.

La caba de Roger et Marie

Tout juste arrivĂ©s en Martinique aprĂšs un vol avec 3 heures de retard, nous avons eu la chance de dĂ©couvrir la cabane de pĂȘcheur de Roger et Marie, malgrĂ© notre arrivĂ©e dans la nuit. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous attendre et nous avaient mĂȘme laissĂ© une dĂ©licate collation, en prĂ©vision de l’heure tardive de notre arrivĂ©e.DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, une belle premiĂšre dĂ©couverte : leur accueil, d’une gentillesse rare, nous a touchĂ©s. Ce fut une vĂ©ritable bouffĂ©e de bienveillance.AprĂšs une nuit calme, bercĂ©e par le doux bruit de la mer, la magie a opĂ©rĂ© au matin
 En nous rĂ©veillant, nous avons dĂ©couvert une vue Ă  couper le souffle, directement depuis la terrasse de la cabane, avec la mer Ă  perte de vue. Chaque matin, nous avons mĂȘme eu la chance d’admirer la visite d’une magnifique tortue.La cabane de Roger et Marie est l’endroit idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir le nord de l’üle. Elle est authentique, charmante, et offre un vĂ©ritable refuge pour se ressourcer, tout en permettant de profiter pleinement de la beautĂ© de la Martinique.Je recommande sans hĂ©siter la cabane de pĂȘcheur de Roger et Marie. Nous avons eu un sĂ©jour extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able au PrĂȘcheur. Roger et Josette sont des hĂŽtes disponibles, attentifs Ă  nos besoins. Un peu bruyant matin ( les employĂ©s de la ville passent le souffleur Ă  feuilles). Les gens du voisinage sont trĂšs sympathiques.

Bungalow face Ă  la mer

Bungalow face à la mer. Les plages d'Anse Céron et Anse Couleuvre sont tout prÚs à quelques minutes en auto. La situation du bungalow permet d'explorer le nord de l'ßle. Roger et Marie, les propriétaires, sont trÚs gentils et nous ont demandé à plusieurs occasions si tout allait bien.

Charme et authenticité

Petite maison typique de pĂȘcheur bien rĂ©novĂ©e par ses propriĂ©taires, Marie et Roger, qui sont tres agrĂ©ables, aux petits soins et bienveillants. Terrasse sympathique pour profiter des couchers de soleil, place de parking juste devant et maison equipĂ©e correctement. Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour ceux qui veulent visiter le nord riche en randonnĂ©es et plages de sable noir, et qui veulent profiter de l'authenticitĂ© de l'Ăźle. La ville de St-Pierre est proche: pratique pour se ravitailler ou tout simplement se poser pour dĂ©guster punch, jus de fruits et spĂ©cialitĂ©s. Les habitants sont bienveillants et n'hĂ©sitent pas Ă  venir faire un petit brin de parlotte avec vous. Bref, un sejour authentique et plein de charme.
