TrÚs agréable séjour

Charmante petite maison chaleureuse et authentique. TrÚs bien située au centre du Palais ainsi que de l'Ile. Ce qui facilite la découverte de l'ile aussi bien à pied ou en vélo. Les sentiers sont bien balisés et entretenus. De merveilleux paysages. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec le soleil.

La jolie maison rose de Sacha

Nous n'avions pas de voiture et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© avec le dĂ©barcadĂšre. La maison est au calme, bien qu'Ă  proximitĂ© des magasins, restaurants et locations de vĂ©los. Sacha est trĂšs attentive au bien-ĂȘtre de ses locataires. La jeune fille qui nous a donnĂ© les clĂ©s Ă  l'arrivĂ©e nous a bien expliquĂ© tot ce qu'il y avait Ă  savoir sur la maison et nous a donnĂ© de bons conseils pour notre sĂ©jour. Nous avons pu garer nos vĂ©los de location dans un local fermĂ© mis Ă  notre disposition. Le lit est trĂšs confortable, la salle d'eau fonctionnelle et la maison joliment dĂ©corĂ©e sur le thĂšme de la mer. Il y avait peu de rangements, mais assez de place sur le canapĂ© pour poser nos affaires. Si nous revenons Ă  Belle-Île, nous choisirons de revenir chez Sacha si nous le pouvons.

Agréable séjour en couple dans une petite maison

Tout Ă©tait parfait (communication,emplacement , propretĂ©). Je recommande la location de Sacha. A amĂ©liorer : aucun accĂšs internet, la 3ou4 G ne marche pas par ailleurs. La dĂ©coration un peu oppressante (filets de pĂȘche etc) mais cela reste subjectif et le lieu reste cool notamment la vue sur la mer !

Cette coquette et jolie petite maison est devenu un musée , trop de babioles au détriment d'un usage pratique . Au loyer, il faut rajouter le ménage et une participation pour l'eau sous prétexte de contrÎler son usage . Il faut revenir à un montant plus cohérent et à une mise à disposition plus simple de cette maison .

We would not rent this house again

Belle Ile is a very nice holiday location. We were positively surprised in all aspects, in respect to its landscape, friendliness of local people as well as great food & gastronomy. Unfortunately we have not had a positive experience with the house and the landlord. Despite early payment took some time to get final confirmation from the landlord that all required payments were completed before starting our vacation. After the vacation it took quite a time to get back the deposit. Moreover, the landlord deducted us the repair cost for the handle of the entrance door. That door handle got lose during the last days of our stay, which was not our fault or negligence. The landlord was not ready to discuss. In general the house is rather old and there are plenty of objects, tools, doors or flaps which might break during the stay without any fault or negligence by the tenant. This is why we see a big risk for any future tenant that his deposit will be deducted as well. In addition, the house has got plenty of decoration and small objects on different shelves. When entering we first cleaned the house (and we also cleaned extensively before leaving). This is no recommended place for persons with house dust allergy.

Location froide..ce n'est pas une maison de pĂȘcheur pour vacanciers..on ne peut toucher Ă  rien.pas de place de rangement...trĂšs déçus.a deconseiller fortement.dailleurs y sommes rester 1 nuit au lieu de 3..sommes partis Ă  l'hĂŽtel le Bretagne ou nous y avons trouver du bien ĂȘtre
