Electric heating. Courtyard 50m², garden furniture, BBQ. Bike shed and carpark. This traditional BELLE ILE house is very close to the beach. Remember to book your ferry crossing with the car ASAP after receiving your contract. (Cie Océane on 0820.056.156 or 00.33.2.97.35.06.60 from abroad). Belle-île en Mer, the aptly named!
