Bottom of villa with pool

This low villa without vis-à-vis built in 2015 has a complete equipment to enjoy your stay in Guadeloupe.

It is located in Le Moule, Guadeloupe 4th city, close to everything, (Carrefour Market, Leader Price, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, Spot international surfing and beaches).

The space of 70m2 outside terrace consists of 2 air conditioned bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds pushed together).
The air-conditioned lounge also has a sofa bed for 2 people. A cot is available on request which brings accommodation capacity 6 persons + 1 baby maximum.

The pool is "quasi" because the private owners and Jocelyn Gerty not go there (30 degrees is too cold!).
They built only for you and their children living in mainland France and come occasionally to visit on the island.

In the bottom of villa you will feel in a detached villa. The first breakfast is included, an entrance punch. Jocelyn and Gerty will be delighted to receive you.

Nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique de la part de Jocelyn et Gerty, et trouvé la location dans un état de propreté irréprochable, apprécié leurs conseils pour visiter certains endroits de la Guadeloupe ainsi que l'apéro du nouvel an et celui de la galette des rois, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir et nous sommes motivé pour revenir.A bientôt.Daniel et Martine

Super séjour, super logement

Merci beaucoup (encore une fois) à Gerty et Jocelyn pour leur accueil. Tout était parfait. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extrême, toujours avec une petite attention ou un mot gentil sans être trop présent. Ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé, calme. La literie est très bien. Wi Fi pour les ados, de quoi petit déjeuner le lendemain matin de notre arrivée. Punch sur un petit plateau. Glacière et glaçons dispos pour prévoir un pique nique. Vraiment rien à redire. Le Moule est une petite ville agréable avec des habitants très chaleureux. Merci encore de votre accueil et à une prochaine fois peut être.

L'appartamento è situato al piano inferiore della villa dei due padroni di casa che vivono al piano superiore. E' stato progettato per accogliere anche i loro figli con le rispettive famiglie e si nota da subito che non hanno lesinato nulla. E' nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire ad un lungo soggiorno. Spazioso, bel bagno, cucina veramente grande e funzionale, due camere da letto con materassi e cuscini comodi. Insomma hanno arredato l'appartamento con amore e senza badare a spese. Noi siamo stati due settimane e i bambini vogliono tornare il prossimo anno. Ancora una cosa: E' situato in campagna, silenziosissimo, a Le Moule e la sua ubicazione è strategica per la visita di Grande-terre e delle sue splendide spiagge. Grazie Jocelyn e Gerty, siete due persone speciali, vi ricordiamo con molto affetto un grosso abbraccio dall'Italia Savio Angela Gabriele e Camilla
