On the 1st floor of the owners' house (same entrance), this flat has an amazing view over the River Seine. Along the "Route des Abbayes et des Fruit" (the Abbeys and Fruit Road which passes in front of the cottage), you will enjoy the 3000 m² enclosed garden, punctuated with the boats passing on the River Seine.
