House in a green setting, spacious and comfortable, 20 minutes walk from the city center (10 minutes by bus), in a very quiet area, 10 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Come and discover the medieval city of Plantagenet with its Gallo-Roman wall.
On the ground floor, an entrance, a large living room with living room and lounge area (TV). Fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, etc.). Separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed. Bright bathroom with large shower. Sheets can be rented. Cleaning fee: 70 euros. Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Internet connection by wifi (fiber).
ATTENTION: very narrow passage to access the gîte's parking lot.
Mandatory additional cleaning package for professionals: €70 and mandatory additional sheet rental package for professionals: €8 per person.

Un bon gîte près du centre du Mans
Très bon accueil.
Jardin appréciable. Bonne situation au calme à 10 min du centre en voiture. Il ne manque rien pour un séjour confortable. Bonne literie.
Le ménage pourrait être approfondi.
