Bien mais pas fou

Lhotel est plutot bien situé a coté de tout, mais wouah la literie est juste horrible jai finis chez l'ostéopathe tellement les matelas sont durs, qui plus est chambre avec 1 lit double proposé, jai bien eu ca sauf que dans le lit double cest 2 matelas simple collé donc il y avait un trou au milieu. Pour le prix nettement supperieur a ce qui est proposé au havre je m'attendais a mieux. Le personnel etait plutot acceuillant et avaient l'air sympas, bien que je n'ai pas beaucoup échangé avec eux. L'état de l'hotel dans l'ensemble aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement. Facilite pour se garer et stationnement pas cher

Très bruyante

La chambre « vue sur la ville » n’avait pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur hormis des fenêtre à verre brouillé à 2m de hauteur. La chambre communiquée avec une autre, on entendait TOUT ce qui se passait à côté. La réceptionniste, très aimable, m’a indiqué que c’était pour cela que la chambre était moins chère or ce n’est pas du tout préciser sur hotels.com. Le petit déjeuner m’a été offert pour s’excuser de ce désagrément mais je trouve honteux de louer des chambres comme ça pour le prix !

Très décevant

Nuit très décevante. Receveur de douche bouché et aucune action malgré la réclamation. Pas de draps plats malgré la chaleur estivale. Chambre très mal isolée (bruits de chasse d’eau incessants) Chambre très vieillotte et une armoire en mauvais état. Matelas inconfortable, mal de dos au réveil. Les toilettes sont collées au lit ( aucune intimité) Prix trés cher (160 euros la nuit) et complètement injustifiée en comparant avec d’autres hôtels dans des endroits beaucoup plus touristiques en France, avec de bien meilleures prestations. Impression qu’ils ont profité de la rareté de l’offre pendant la période pour faire exploser le prix. Cet hôtel mérite tout juste une seule étoile et pas du tout trois.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé. Personnel peu nombreux mais souriant, à l’écoute et très efficace. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, mention spéciale aux yaourts et fruits compotés faits sur place :) Et même si la chambre n’a pas encore été rénovée (notre cas cette fois), la literie est très bonne et nous avons bien dormi.

Ibis style …. Des années 70 Vétuste pas rénové odeur horrible à notre arrivée . Demande de changement de chambre accepté par la responsable . Mobilier et extérieur du balcon en décrépitude . Je me demande quel est le cahier des charges ibis style dans ce cas là . Mobilier de la chambre d’un autre âge ! Propreté salle de bain toilette … canalisations poussiéreuses . Moquette tachée . Literie bien . Emplacement hôtel bien . Bref. Nous devions y rester deux nuits nous sommes partis au petit matin . Et bien sûr pas de remboursement de la part de l’hôtelier ! Pas à la hauteur du groupe Accor que j’ai l’habitude de fréquenter Bref . N’y allez pas

Architecture et design préservé

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre-ville reconstruit du Havre. La préservation de l'architecture et du design d'origine est excellente, avec un grand souci du détail (mobilier, décoration, robinetterie,..). Le personnel est accueillant et prêt à rendre service.
