This apartment has a very nice and pleasant private terrace of 20 m2 to enjoy the beautiful days.The interior space includes an air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a very well equipped independent kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and everything necessary to cook. Night side, you will have a first bedroom with a double bed and a second room with a single bed and a double bed. A bathroom with separate toilet completes the facilities.Private parking is available to guests in the residence, for ease. Located directly opposite the beach, this family apartment is ideally placed for a seaside holiday. The city centre of Le Grau-du-Roi, with its shops and restaurants, is just 1.4 km away.
