Composed of a bright living room with a built-in bed in 140cm and a tv, an equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher), a cabin with bunk bed 2 beds in 90cm, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Beautiful terrace of 11m² with view on the sea. Secure common parking. Without road to cross to go to the beach. Nearby Shopping Center, restaurants, water activities and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
