- Ski lessons: There are different departure times for ski lessons. This varies depending on the time of year and the type of lesson. We invite you to contact the school and give them the address of your accommodation.

HOW ARE THE KEYS GIVEN?
The reception and key handover takes place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready. Most of our accommodations are equipped with key boxes for independent arrival

IS THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away and, if applicable, the cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)

!! LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED!!
Linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own linen. These services are offered as an option, to be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Linen rental (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No, pets are not allowed.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest
- If end-of-stay cleaning is included, it does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured in the fortnight before arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It automatically cancels 20 days after your departure.
