The Villa du Moulin
Located on the site of a former rum distillery in Saint Félix in the town of Gosier, the Villa du Moulin is a very accessible and pleasant bungalow with a living space centered around the terrace, the swimming pool and the garden. Not overlooked. We benefit from the softness of the trade winds (orientation East South East). The villa has a tank with booster pump allowing it to be autonomous in the event of a water cut. You can walk to the beach as well as local shops. Access to the road leading to the most beautiful sites and beaches of Guadeloupe is very fast and easy. A bus stop is within walking distance (1 min). You can walk to the fishing port site (restaurants, bar, traditional dance lessons, KA lessons (traditional drum), basketball and pétanque court, sports course, outdoor fitness course by the sea, fishermen's point of sale, nature reserve (Mangrove), angling from the cliff, many birds (waders), boat trips for the day…) You can admire the Iguanas who come to visit us in our garden.

Très belle villa, de la verdure, décor superbe avec ce moulin et une piscine très agréable
Intérieur spacieux et très bien équipé, 4 jolies chambres avec SDB.
Très bien située proche de petits commerces et du port de St Félix, idéal pour faire Basse Terre et Grande Terre
Bon rapport qualité prix
Cathy et Philippe nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement, toujours de gentilles attentions à notre égard tout en restant discrets et très attentifs à tout ce qui pouvait rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
