Good stay

Lovely stay at le Crotoy, the views from the bedroom were fabulous and the town itself is lovely. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

After reading reviews i was expecting a horrible hotel but it was quite nice. The stairs and the furniture were old but the room seemed to be renovated recently. The toilet flushing needs to be repaired but everything else was great, it was very calm and we slept well. We didnt take a breakfast. There are lots of places to eat nearby. They let us check in earlier when we arrived around 13:15. The view was beautiful.

Etablissement pas trÚs propre, rangé. De plus on a payé une fois en ligne sur votre site, ils n'avaient pas le rÚglement, nous fait repayer et ne répond plus depuis aux appel et ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé. Arnaque donc !

Jamais Ă©tĂ© reçu de cette façon. Les deux personnes prĂ©sentes n’ont pas interrompu leurs activitĂ©s et nous ont remis une clef. Point final. Notre rĂ©servation au restaurant ne leur est pas parvenue, mais on dĂ©couvre que le restaurant n’existe plus, contrairement aux dires du site. Ils se sont bien gardĂ©s de nous prĂ©venir. La chambre n’a pas Ă©tĂ© faite pendant notre sĂ©jour ( 2 jours). Elle sent mauvais ( Ă©gout et wc). L’installation tĂ©lĂ© ne fonctionne pas. Et que dire du petit dĂ©jeuner ! 2 morceaux de pain, une viennoiserie et un yaourts Lidl accompagnĂ©s d’un morceau de beurre et d’un mini pot de confiture. Discutable puisque le tarif de la chambre s’apparente au tarif d’un relais Chateau. En conclusion si vous allez au Crotoy surtout ne loger pas chez Mado, c’est cauchemar.

MalgrĂ© les efforts de la gentille rĂ©ceptionniste dĂ©vouĂ©e, le bilan final est plutĂŽt nĂ©gatif. Je dois avouer que je suis d’accord avec la plupart des commentaires des autres clients. Un super service apportĂ© par Émeline qui a vraiment Ă©tĂ© Ă  l’écoute et aux petits soins. Pour l’hĂŽtel, les parties communes auraient besoin d’un rafraĂźchissement qui semble en cours, de mĂȘme pour la chambre qui est trĂšs propre mais fait un peu vieillot.
