Le logement est médiocre et nécessite un sérieux investissement du propriétaire afin de le rendre correct.Le tiroir de la cuisine est cassé donc posé sur le plan de travail. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. Le lavabo de la SDB est bouché. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne correctement que en programme court. Points positifs : la barbecue Weber sur la terrasse ! Et l'emplacement en plein centre ville...Bref, ce logement n'est pas à la hauteur ni du tarif proposé ni des photos mises sur le site.

Nous avons été déçu de l'appartement. D'une part, il manquait un coup de propre en profondeur (traces de mains sur les chaises, saletés derrière les portes, etc.). D'autre part, l'appartement nécessite un sérieux rafraichissement (de l'ordre des travaux) ! En revanche, la communication, les draps de lits fournis et l'emplacement étaient impeccables.

Logement pour un week-end

Lors d'une location prise en Avril 2025 nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater que le ménage, facturé tout de même 72, n'était pas correctement fait (je passe les détails mais ils sont disponibles sur demande). Lors de la remise des clés à la fin du séjour il avait été négocié le remboursement des frais de ménage. Depuis lors c'est une bataille avec ce "service" de conciergerie qui clot les tickets sans les résoudre, qui, lorsqu'on les appelle, n'ont pas toutes les informations d'un interlocuteur à l'autre, ...Au final seule une partie des frais de ménage a été remboursée et aucune nouvelle de Hellokeys

Une maison de ville très agréable

La Filousine est une maison très agréable, joliment décorée et très bien située dans le magnifique village du Crotoy. Les hôtes, tant l’intermédiaire Thomas que la propriétaire Cécile, ont été très réactifs et attentifs à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous recommandons vivement!
