Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Ausstattung und Service entsprechen der Beschreibung und der Kontakt zur freundlichen Agentur sowie der Checkin/-out waren auch ohne Französischkenntnisse unkompliziert. Wir konnten drei wunderbare, erholsame Wochen genießen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besten Dank!

Le Conquet est agréable mais ici vous avez affaire aux gens malhonnêtes !

Cela fait 30 ans que nous passons des vacances au Conquet, nous avons loué directement chez des particuliers et par l'intermédiaire des agences, mais jamais encore nous ne sommes tombés sur des gens malhonnêtes, c'est vraiment la première fois ! Le logement est géré par une "conciergerie" externe. Nous devions arriver entre 15h30 et 16h, à 15h58 nous avons reçu un SMS que la personne qui devait nous accueillir a dû partir et nous a laissé les clés, avec des instructions comment les trouver. D'accord, pas de problème. Une fois dans l'appartement, nous avons constaté entre autres que les plaques de cuisson étaient rayées / abîmées, mais nous n'avons pas eu le réflexe de prendre des photos car elles fonctionnaient et nous avons considéré que c'est assez normal pour un objet que les gens utilisent tous les jours ! Nous sommes partis 2 semaines plus tard, toujours sans avoir vu le prestataire. Aujourd'hui, 4 jours plus tard, nous avons reçu un message qu'on nous prélève 360 € en plus car les plaques de cuisson étaient "cramées" et l'appartement était sale car le ménage n'a pas été fait. Or, il est écrit dans la description de cet hébergement que le ménage est inclus dans le prix de la location, et il était déjà payé dans notre facture ! Nous n'avions pas à le faire. Après avoir déposé une plainte auprès de la plate-forme Abritel, nous avons été remboursés de... 70 € au lieu de 360 € ! La "conciergerie" a changé les plaques de cuisson à nos frais ! Malhonnête !

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au Conquet. Le logement est très bien situé : proche du centre du village, des plages et du port. Il est très agréable et spacieux.
