Unlocked bicycle room. Old school renovated by the owners. Warm and cozy interior. Very quiet hamlet benefiting from a privileged location at the start of various hiking trails. Outdoor space with garden furniture and south-facing corner. Panoramic view of the 2000 of the Massif des Bauges. Gîte located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. A privileged location between lake and mountain, halfway between the beaches of Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy (35 km). Many family resorts nearby: Aillons-Margeriaz 22 km, Savoie Grand Revard 26 km, Le Semnoz 30 km. Shops and services 4 km away.
