Close to shops, market (the largest of the island on Sunday), the port, the citadel with its beautiful walks and the beach. Internet via Impasse Molière will allow you to park easily. A courtyard with outdoor shower will make you enjoy the weather and sun!

On a apprécié la cour pour le déjeuner dehors, le calme, la proximité des commerces et de la plage.Bonne communication avec la femme de ménage. Par contre, manque de confort du canapé et du matelas du lit de la chambre parentale.

Accueil excellent de la femme de ménage.

Maison de ville bien située dans le bourg du Château d'Oléron. La maison convient à une grande famille de 4 adultes et au moins 3 ou 4 enfants. Tout est présent pour le séjour de cette famille, une courette et une véranda permettent de se restaurer et de prendre le soleil. Les points négatifs sont : - le matelas de la chambre parentale qui donne sur le salon est à changer impérativement car hors d'âge et brise dos. - les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont anciens et pas au standing de ce type de location. - une cour intermédiaire entre la partie nuit et jour n'est pas protégée en cas de pluie et est inondée ce qui cause un certain désagrément pour passer de l'un a l'autre.
