This Listing was a Scam--Real Owner Through French VRBO was Amazing Though!

Let me start by saying that I booked this property through VRBO 5 weeks before our needed dates, got confirmed, paid, and showed up 5 weeks later in France only to not have the check-in information given, or any further communication with the owner via messages. We end up calling the French number on the page and reached the real owner that said that he had not posted it on the American VRBO. I ended up on the phone with VRBO for an hour, and talking to the owner Jerome (who was very kind), and getting it sorted But long story short, this listing is real, but through the French VRBO site, and this listing may not be Jerome's unless VRBO updated it to be. VRBO's customer service was very good and really did help where they could, but I would just message the owner first and make sure that this is now the actual listing and not the one that will leave you on a hillside in French needing to call customer support and the owner to get it sorted out. If it is the real listing, fantastic host, and accommodation. Beautiful views and only about 15 minutes from Cannes proper via an Uber ride.
